Registration is free of charge. You can register yourself and also other colleagues (up to 10 people).

After you have registered, you will receive two emails: one from Eventbrite with your ticket, and 15 min later, one from SCHED inviting you to create your username and password (these will be your  SCHED login details to access the conference each time).

Once you have your SCHED login details, you can select the session(s) you would like to attend and be able to see the ZOOM link to join your selected sessions.

Jin Song Montesano is Director, Executive Officer and Chief People Officer of LIXIL Corporation(www.lixil.com). Jin is an experienced change leader who is passionate about supporting companies to define and deliver purpose-driven strategies that create long-term value for its employees and stakeholders by making a positive impact on society and the planet. 
 
She joined LIXIL in 2014 to build a global communications and corporate responsibility strategy for the company. She also championed the creation of SATO, the award-winning social enterprise tackling the challenges of global sanitation and hygiene.  LIXIL expanded her remit in 2019 to build a Global People Strategy for the company and joined the Corporation’s Board as a Director in 2020. 
 
In addition to her duties at LIXIL, Jin volunteers on the Board of two nonprofit organizations, the Page Society (https://page.org/) and TELL Japan (https://telljp.com/). She also serves as a non-executive Outside Independent Director of Yamaha Motor Company (https://global.yamaha-motor.com/ir/governance/director/). Jin’s roots are in Honolulu where she grew up and still calls home. She received a BA in English Literature at Columbia University and a Master of Public Affairs at Princeton University. She has lived and worked in Brussels, Singapore, Bangkok and now Tokyo. Her hobbies include painting, cooking, reading, and spoiling her two dogs.
