Welcome to the Science Summit at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA77)

Registration is free of charge. You can register yourself and also other colleagues (up to 10 people).

After you have registered, you will receive two emails: one from Eventbrite with your ticket, and 15 min later, one from SCHED inviting you to create your username and password (these will be your  SCHED login details to access the conference each time).

Once you have your SCHED login details, you can select the session(s) you would like to attend and be able to see the ZOOM link to join your selected sessions.

Celina LEE is the CEO and Co-Founder of Zindi (www.zindi.africa), the leading professional network of data scientists in Africa. Celina has a proven track record of thought leadership in the intersect between data and development and has played central roles in launching global initiatives including the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (www.afi-global.org), insight2impact (www.i2ifacility.org), and now Zindi. Celina's work has expansively bridged across the private and public sectors and across various development areas including financial inclusion, micro and small enterprise development, gender, climate change, and public health. She has lived and worked in countries throughout Asia, Latin America, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Celina holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Columbia University and a Master’s of International Affairs with a focus on Advanced Policy and Economic Analysis from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, where she was a U.S. Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellow.
